Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) in Burlington, VT is seeking an Leasing Coordinator (LC) for our multifamily, and managed properties. The LC is responsible for the waitlist selection, screening for program eligibility, gathering information for Property Managers to screen for tenant suitability, processing lease ups, processing tenant move out files, monitoring vacancies and providing back up assistance to the Property Managers.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have three years previous office experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and excellent communication skills. Experience in federally assisted housing programs, including knowledge of LIHTC Programs, or property management preferred, but not required.
