Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) in Burlington, Vt is seeking a Rental Assistance Specialist to assist in the operation of all rental programs, including tenant and project-based voucher and grant funded rental assistance programs. This position works with applicants, participants, and landlords to ensure that the required paperwork and annual certifications are processed timely.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and process large volumes of paperwork. Prior experience in Public Administration and Federal Housing programs is desired.
