Safety Concerns Housing Retention and Services
BHA's Housing Retention and Services supports residents with the goal of maintaining their housing, thereby preventing homelessness. Our programs help enable residents with medical, intellectual, and mental health disabilities comply with their lease and rental subsidy program requirements to ensure they can maintain housing. Our staff also works on hoarding and squalor issues. We help survivors of domestic violence find help through support services and to relocate. The Housing Retention and Services department collaborates with many local service partners.
Burlington Housing Authority is committed to ensuring that all eligible individuals can access services fairly and without discrimination. Our programs are open to everyone, and support is available to help you fully participate.

Free Language Assistance
If English is not your primary language, free interpretation services are available.
We can provide:
• Phone or in-person interpreters
• Limited interpretation assistance for important documents
• Help understanding program information

• Sending an email
• Having someone request assistance on your behalf
Requests may be made verbally or in writing.
