Burlington Housing Authority owns and manages 32 properties with about 680 units, many of them rehabilitated buildings that preserve affordable housing in the city. Most are located near downtown Burlington, with additional options in Winooski and the New North End. All properties are reserved for low- and extremely low-income residents, with rental subsidies ensuring affordable rents based on household income.
