NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Burlington Housing Authority has proposed changes to its Section 8 Administrative Plan effective October 29, 2024. The proposed changes to the Section 8 Administrative Plan are being made to comply with HUD Notice PIH 2024-30. 

A public hearing to obtain comments regarding the Administrative Plan revision will be held on Thursday, October 31st, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the large conference room at 65 Main Street. Materials can be viewed here.

Electronic copies of the proposed plans will be available at BHA’s 65 Main Street Administrative offices on or after October 8th, 2024. Supporting documents will also be available for review.
