BHA has a number of other properties that may be available for individuals and families. Some of these options are listed below. To find out if you are eligible, give us a call or come to our main office.


Market Rate Units

Below is a list of our Market Rate units. Market Rate units are units where the rent is subject to the landlords' discretion.

A referral from a qualifying agency or self-referral that can be validated is needed for the following buildings:

Applicants must be homeless with a referral letter from a qualifying agency for the following buildings:
